1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the product has not been dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 92511 19251 or call us with your order ID.
- Full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.
- You may refuse delivery and the product will be returned to us. Shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from the description.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation intact.
- Installed products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been installed
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Chimney accessories (charcoal filters, aluminium pipes) once opened
- Products without original packaging and accessories
4. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card).
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Partial Refunds: May apply if the product shows signs of use or missing accessories.
- Shipping charges for returns due to customer change of mind are borne by the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice.
- Do not attempt to install a damaged product — it may void the warranty.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are offered for manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period.
- A replacement will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the defective product is picked up.
- If the same model is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or superior model, or a full refund.
