1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Elisa India website (elisaindia.in) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay.
  • An order confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or email after payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

4. Warranty

  • Kitchen Chimneys: Up to 15 years on motor (BLDC models), 2-5 years comprehensive warranty depending on model.
  • Kitchen Hobs: 2 years comprehensive warranty.
  • Gas Stoves: 1-2 years comprehensive warranty depending on model.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage due to misuse, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or natural wear and tear is not covered.
  • Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

5. Installation

  • Free installation is available on select products in serviceable areas.
  • Installation must be done by Elisa-authorized technicians to maintain warranty validity.
  • Additional charges may apply for non-standard installation requirements (e.g., extra ducting, high ceiling mounting).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Elisa Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elisa India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
